The hotel is merely 1.1 km from the Restored 14th - century Wat Phra Singh Buddhist Temple, while Three Kings Monument is just 1.3 km away. The nearby sports attractions include Chiang Mai Mountain Biking & Kayaking Adventure Sports Center, within a few blocks of the Wing Lanna Chiang Mai. One of the most important attractions in Chiang Mai is the Chiang Mai Saturday Night Market, located 700 m from the property. Mei wang bus stop is nearly a 10-minute walk away.

During my recent city trip to Chiang Mai with a fellow conservationist friend, we stumbled upon the Wing Lanna Hotel, and it truly felt like a warm second home amidst our adventures. Located in the heart of the Old City, it was perfectly situated within walking distance of charming parks and historic temples. The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile, ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Our room was clean, spacious, and adorned with lovely cultural touches, making it a cozy retreat after long days exploring. Plus, a satisfying buffet breakfast each morning set us up well for our wildlife excursions. I appreciated the convenience of a kettle in our room-ideal for those early morning teas to fuel our explorations. Though the pool was inviting with its beautiful ambiance, I do wish the hours were extended to enjoy it after sunset! I can't recommend the Wing Lanna enough for the genuine hospitality and comfort it offers, and I undoubtedly look forward to returning.
