During my recent city trip to Chiang Mai with a fellow conservationist friend, we stumbled upon the Wing Lanna Hotel, and it truly felt like a warm second home amidst our adventures. Located in the heart of the Old City, it was perfectly situated within walking distance of charming parks and historic temples. The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile, ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Our room was clean, spacious, and adorned with lovely cultural touches, making it a cozy retreat after long days exploring. Plus, a satisfying buffet breakfast each morning set us up well for our wildlife excursions. I appreciated the convenience of a kettle in our room—ideal for those early morning teas to fuel our explorations. Though the pool was inviting with its beautiful ambiance, I do wish the hours were extended to enjoy it after sunset! I can't recommend the Wing Lanna enough for the genuine hospitality and comfort it offers, and I undoubtedly look forward to returning.
